At the end of 2019, the LDC Group acquires a new company in Hungary in order to continue its international development. The Marnevall company, specialising in frozen food, holds leading brands in the supermarket and catering market.
Through this takeover, the project has 2 main objectives: to make Marnevall the product tool of the company Tranzit Food, also located in Hungary. Thanks to its recent production tool, the LDC Group intends to accelerate the development of Marnevall brands on the local market. The second objective is to set up an additional range of products necessary for the Hungarian strategy.
